What is CorVive About?

CorVive is a health and wellness MLM or Multi-Level Marketing company, which sells nutritional supplements that they claim helps improve the health of their users.

CorVive is actually pretty new, having started in 2018.  Most MLM’s don’t get past the 5-year mark, so it will be interesting to see if CorVive can buck the trend and get past that mark…

It was founded Jeremy & Candice Fouts, and it is based in Plano, Texas.

Jeremy Fouts is a businessman, and entrepreneur.  He has a degree in business economics and science.

The company promotes healthy living for all, which they claim, can be made easier with their help of their nutritional supplements that they say are clean, safe, and every effective…

You can learn a little more detail about the company with this 4-minute video…

As CorVive is an MLM, you may still be wary that it might actually be a pyramid scheme… So, let’s explore that now…

Is CorVive a Pyramid Scheme

To put your mind at easy, CorVive is not a pyramid scheme.

Their members are able to earn an income from selling their products, without actually having to recruit members.

However, despite this.  There are signs that some MLM’s could be operating like a pyramid scheme in disguise… So, could CorVive be operating as a pyramid scheme in disguise?

What’s A Pyramid Scheme?

A pyramid scheme is a company that promises payment to members for recruiting other people into the company.

They also don’t have any products or services to speak of, so recruitment is your only option.

Many governments have actually made them illegal, down to the fact they are totally unsustainable.  Not everyone is able to make money when recruitment is the only option.

This diagram from Wikipedia shows you why…

pyramid scheme

The only members who are able to make decent money here are those that recruit aggressively and get people to join, claiming the dream opportunity is awaiting them.

But as the diagram above shows, you can clearly see the members aren’t able to earn a regular income from a model like this, and they’re going to run out of potential members.

MLM’s do have a side that favours recruitment, and that is often where the decent money is made, rather than from selling the products.  So, it could be that they are operating like a pyramid scheme in disguise, as they do have products to sell.

But the big money is made from recruiting a big downline team, and not from selling products.

You can lear more about how to spot these pyramid schemes in disguise, with this 5-minute video below…

But what is the success rate like at CorVive?

Success is Rare at CorVive

Just because an MLM is legit, that doesn’t guarantee success.  In fact, the reality is that the success rate is really low at any MLM business.

Did you know that between 72.5% and 99% of MLM members are not making any money, or even losing money!

This is mainly down to the price of MLM products, they are usually really overpriced.  But when you combine that with the monthly sales quota they put on their members each month means that if you are unable to sell enough products.  You’ll need to buy the products yourself.

This can be really expensive, as it is just to keep you active and eligible for commissions.  But what it really means is that you will become their biggest customer group too.

How Does CorVive Work?

CorVive is a company that creates and sells nutritional supplements within the health and wellness sector. They also offer everyday people an opportunity to become a sales agent, which they call “affiliate members”.

By becoming an affiliate, you can then sell their products and earn a commission or bonuses from it.

The idea is pitched as a win-win situation.  But the reality is that the company sees the biggest benefit.  As they don’t need to spend millions of dollars on the usual marketing campaigns.

But it also means that CorVives biggest customer base becomes their members.  These members struggle to sell these products in a saturate market, where no one has heard of the brand.  this leaves you having to buy products every month to stay active.

That is why they end up becoming the biggest customer group for the company.

CorVive Product Line

If you’re going to consider an MLM business opportunity, you need to get your head around the products they offer.

You need to give them a try and understand what is unique about them, as you’re going to be expected to know all there is to know…

Here’s some of the best-selling products that are sold by CorVive:

  • COR POWER Grass-Fe Whey Protein ($35) – this is a nutritional supplement shake mix, which contains whey protein.  This is claimed to improve health and boosts active performance
  • NRG + Focus Energy Drink Mix ($29.99) – A shake mix that provides an energy boost, whilst also improving mental clarity and focus
  • COR Immune Protect ($17.70) – A nutritional supplement that improves the immune system and makes it less likely for you to get sick

Whilst their products might sound interesting, they aren’t exactly unique.  The health and wellness sector is highly saturated, and tehre are many different MLM companies that all offer similar nutritional supplements like CorVive.

Examples include…

They all claim to be special… They all claim to be unique.  But that is not really the case.  All of these MLMs seem to be offering exactly the same thing, just with a different label or brand name.

So, is there a product that make CorVive unique?  Well, let’s take a look at their flagship product…

CorVive Flagship Product – Ach13ve Transformation Pack – $295

This is a bundle of their top products at CorVive.  It contains 2 Cor Power Shakes, 2 Keto Fuel, 1 Cor Renew, and 2 Cor Focus.  It’s aimed at proving a holistic health transformation, in a natural way.

So, let’s get into the details you probably want now, and that is can you make any money with CorVive’s business opportunity?

Haven't Made Your First $1 Yet?

Studies have shown that more than 70% of the people who want to make money online have not made their first dollar yet. So, you’re not alone!

Can You Make Money with CorVive?

Yes, you can make money with CorVive, but I wouldn’t say that it will be a replacement for your current job.

The harsh reality is that there are very few who are earning from this MLM, and those that do are probably working more like full-time sales managers rather than an entrepreneur.

If you were of the impression, this could be a side gig, then there is very little chance this will work as you think it might.

What’s even worse, is there is no information to go on, as to if others are finding success at CorVive, as they don’t publish an income disclosure statement.

There is no way of knowing if their members are actually making any money or not.

How To Make Money with CorVive?

CorVive is an MLM company, so there are the usual two ways for you to make money here…

  1. Sell their products and earn retail commissions
  2. Recruiting members into your downline to earn bonuses from their sales

Please note, you don’t actually earn from recruiting new members.  This would make it a pyramid scheme, instead you can earn bonuses based on any sales your downline team are able to make.

Getting Started with CorVive

You can just join as a customer, and get a discount on the products by subscribing to their autoship program.

But if you want to earn commissions and recruit a team, you will need to pay a $14.95 annual subscription fee.

Then there s a requirement to buy a Star Pack, which varies in price between $175 and $575.  The more money you spend, the more products you get to try.

You also cannot just join, you need an affiliate code, so this means you will be placed into a downline team.

CorVive Monthly Costs

The costs don’t stop there, and there are some costs you need to consider on a monthly basis.

Being a CorVive member isn’t easy as you will need to maintain at least a 100 PV per month, if you want to remain active and eligible for commissions.

If you aren’t able to sell that much product each month, guess who will have to buy that each month until you do…

That’s right, it’s you!

So, these are the costs you will need to consider for 1 year with CorVive…

  • $14.95
  • $175 to $575
  • $100 x 12 months ($1,200)

Minimum Costs for Year 1 = $1,389.95 to $1,789.95!

That is before you consider any other costs and expenses that go with running a business.  Like marketing,  training, and any other costs that crop up along the road.

Those are all probably costs that you hadn’t really considered when they were selling this “amazing” chance of working from home and earning money…

P.S. This program enabled us to Create a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream! It’s Free to get started and costs only $49/month to go full-time!

CorVive Compensation Plan

MLM’s love a complicated and confusing compensation plan.  It makes it look like there are loads of different ways for you to make money, but really they are there to hide the truth.

We’ll try our best to keep it simple for you, with our explanation…

Basically, there are four mina ways for their members to make money at CorVive:

  1. Retail Sales – Earn 20% commission from direct sales of your first generation recruited member.  Meanwhile, you can get 4% commission from your third and fourth generation members’ sales
  2. Time Bonuses – Earn a $250 bonus once you recruit two new members.  You can get an additional $250 bonus once you recruit four new members
  3. Team Bonuses – Earn an 8% commission from your teams total sales
  4. Luxury Car Bonus – Earn $750 monthly, which you must spend on your luxury car plan.  If you don’t want one, then you can convert this into $350 cash

Don’t worry, if you’re still confused… That’s the general idea.

They make it sound like there are tons of ways of making money, but the reality is that there are only two ways for you to make money here, and those are:

  1. Sell their products
  2. Recruit people

But notice how most of the ways described above all revolved around recruitment.

It’s actually quite difficult to find much detail, I found that I couldn’t really get to their compensation plan, as my browser was worried it wasn’t secure (alarm bells), and I couldn’t find a video describing their compensation plan either.

But you can learn a little more about the chances of you making money from this 3-minute video about their products being sold…

Is CorVive a Scam?

CorVive isn’t a scam.  The company has a legitimate range of products and they pay their members on time as they claim to do.

So, why do so many people label MLMs as scams?  Well, the reason is that so many members get disappointed when they realise they are losing money, and not making money.

The sales quota along with expensive products make it extremely difficult to break even, let alone start making profits.

Is this business opportunity right for you?  Well, the rest of our review will help you get all the details you need to help you make an informed decision for you…

Just to be completely transparent with you, I’m not a distributor of CorVive, nor do I endorse CorVive in any way.  I have researched the website, testimonials, and information available on the internet to get the details about what this program genuinely does.    I do this, as I have been caught out by a scam in the past, and am trying to help others avoid a similar fate…

What We Liked About CorVive

Here’s what we liked about CorVive:

#1 Positive Product Reviews

There are positive reviews about their products online, examples like:

is corvive a scam - product reviews

Although, I would still suggest that as these reviews aren’t that recent, these may have been posted by CorVive affiliates trying to big up their products to entice people into buying them.

What We Didn't Like About CorVive

Here’s what we didn’t like about CorVive:

#1 Expensive Products

Just like many of the MLMs within the health and wellness industry, their products are really overpriced.  I mean take a look at a couple of their competing products…

is corvive a scam - competition

Trying to convince people to buy overpriced products, when they can just log onto Amazon and find cheaper products with plenty of good reviews, is just damn hard.

Why would people want to pay the prices, CorVive are charging?  Expensive Products is one sign that they could be operating like a pyramid scheme in disguise…

#2 No Income Disclosure Statement

Another worrying stat is that they don’t have an income disclosure statement…

This is a sign that they are hiding the real details about whether or not any of their members are actually making any money.  The only thing we have to go on is that the average for MLMs is that 99% of Members lose money…

#3 Competitive & Saturated Market

All of these MLM products seem the same, and there are many, many different companies all offering very similar products.  Then there is the fact that there isn’t anything that makes them particularly stand out from the high street products you can get.

It’ll be hard going to sell these products in a very competitive market.

#4 Hidden Monthly Expenses

To remain active you have to sell $100 worth of product every month.  This is the only way of being eligible for commissions or bonuses.

But what you may not realise is that if you don’t sell that amount, you will need to buy $100 worth of product.  Many MLM’s expect you to sign up to a monthly autoship to cover this.

So, basically you become a customer of their products, sometimes without even knowing it…

#5 Is CorVive a Pyramid Scheme in Disguise?

When you think about the fact that you’ll be expected to spend $100 every month,  just to stay a member, and to receive commission/bonuses, it shows there is something wrong at CorVive.

It gets worse, when you realise that the only way to avoid these monthly expenses is to recruit a huge team, which makes the way it works at CorVive look like this…

pyramid-scheme

When a business model pushes you towards recruitment, it could mean it really is operating like a pyramid scheme in disguise…

Haven't Made Your First $1 Yet?

Studies have shown that more than 70% of the people who want to make money online have not made their first dollar yet. So, you’re not alone!

My CorVive Review - Final Conclusion

So, our final thoughts are that CorVive is indeed a legitimate MLM business.  But whether or not the business opportunity is right for you is another matter.

They are selling overpriced products and expecting a high 100 PV sales quota every month from their affiliates.

This points to a business where you will need to aggressively recruit and that means this could be a pyramid scheme in disguise.   Where you will be recruiting people that you know will also be losing money.

Time will tell if CorVive can get past the 5-year mark where a lot of MLM’s fail to get past…

MLM is a tough business model, and yet there are ways of earning money without the need to aggressively recruit or sell… Read on to learn more…

How We Make Money Online

I’m not a fan of MLM, not because it’s illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and expensive costs involved.

Instead, Affiliate Marketing is our top recommended business model for anyone looking to make money online

The reasons are simple…

  • You can promote anything you want and aren’t restricted to only promote products from one MLM company
  • You don’t have to recruit anyone to make money
  • You never need to sell to your friends and family
  • It’s free to get started

In fact, with affiliate marketing we’ve been able to Create a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream.  If you want to learn more, click here.

  1. I’m glad you wrote this honest review of the company. A lot of these kinds of businesses are high-risk, and lots of people also end up with broken relationships because the only people they have to “sell” to are friends and family, who may get sick of hearing about a product they don’t want. It is possible to make money through companies like these (which is why Mary Kay and Doterra are still so big) but the vast majority of people don’t.

    • Hey Jessi,

thanks for checking out our review and sharing your insight.  MLM is tough, and the ones you’ve mentioned (Mary Kay and DoTerra) both offer a little more to their reps.

But either way, most people are not aware of the fact they have to become basically sales managers, when all they were hoping to do was earn a bit of pocket money.

MLM companies could do a much better job of being transparent and offering effective training, but they are still making big money as the reps are buying their products, which isn’t really putting any pressure on them to change.

It is a shame that so many do lose money…

      All the best

      John
